Our Story:
More than four decades of herbal care

  1. From the mid-1980s

    RICHTOFIT’s roots go back to Budapest and a pharmaceutical research environment, where scientific expertise met the potential of carefully selected herbal extracts.

    The brand is built on two herbal formulas developed by pharmaceutical researchers: Complex 7 Formula, containing extracts of seven herbs, and Complex 10 Formula, containing extracts of ten herbs. RICHTOFIT SPORT Cream was launched in 1985.

    From the beginning, RICHTOFIT products were closely associated with professional sport. They were tested with athletes and promoted by members of Hungary’s champion modern pentathlon team. The brand also became a supporter of the Hungarian Olympic Committee, establishing a strong connection with sport, performance and active living.

  2. The 1990s and 2000s:
    Building a trusted brand

    In the early 1990s, an international company took over the RICHTOFIT brand and its manufacturing operations. During this period, RICHTOFIT continued to build on its pharmaceutical heritage and reputation in sport.

    Over time, the brand extended beyond professional and recreational athletes into everyday life. Customers chose RICHTOFIT products for massage, body care and active-lifestyle routines.

  3. The 2010s:
    International expansion

    The 2010s marked a new phase of international growth for RICHTOFIT. The brand entered international markets, bringing its established herbal formulas and sporting heritage to customers in several countries.

    RICHTOFIT products are now available in several countries, while the brand is headquartered and its products are manufactured in Hungary.

    RICHTOFIT enters its next chapter

    Today, RICHTOFIT draws on more than four decades of history, pharmaceutical heritage, herbal expertise and ties to sport, while looking firmly towards the future.

    Today’s range supports active lifestyles, massage and everyday body care. Through these products, RICHTOFIT passes on its heritage and expertise to a new generation of customers.
